By becoming an exhibitor at the meeting, you will be listed in the conference program and other possible promotional materials. The expected 400 plus attendees are eager to network and learn about your products first hand. The Fourth Annual Congress has been designed to ensure sponsors and exhibitors gain exposure and maximum traffic through effective scheduling and placement. We have maximized exhibitor visibility by driving traffic to this space during all meals and breaks. We are also holding an exhibitor reception to allow a prime opportunity for networking in a casual setting. Space is limited, so don’t wait to sign up.

Ensure maximum visibility and premium exhibiting space through participating in one of our promotional partnership packages. In addition to your exhibit booth, we offer opportunities for various forms of advertising, additional perks and opportunities to leave a substantial impact of conference attendees. In conjunction to your level of partnership support, the list of additions allows you to pick and choose extra ways to increase your visibility.


What will be provided at the exhibit hall?

  • Electricity (one power strip and one extension cord per booth)
  • Two chairs and one 6-foot table per booth

What are the Payment Options?

  • Acceptable payment method is by credit card.

What is the Cancellation & Refund Policy?

  • Any cancellations must be received in writing before July 1st, 2016 and will be refunded $250.00 less the exhibitor fee. Cancellations received after this late will not be refunded.

How do we Register Exhibit Personnel?

  • Step 1: If you have not done so already, please register your company as an exhibitor (only one person will be registered this method).
  • Step 2: Email the other personnel’s information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Company Name) to [email protected].

  • Set-up for exhibitors is Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

When are the Exhibit Hours?

  • Friday, September 23, 2016 from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

When do I need to Teardown?
